Afrimerican is defined as:

AFRIMERICAN-a•frē•mer•ə•kan-Noun; A member of a race of humanity, born in the United States, ascended from enslaved Africans, classified and characterized according to physical features such as skin tone, hair texture, skeletal build, (i.e. nose, lips, etc).

BACKGROUND

The Afrimerican Word and Definition was created and defined in August 1989, after extensive research of terms like African-American, Afro-American, Black, Colored, and Negro, and others, revealed they had academic, and LEGAL definitions that defined persons born in Africa, or other foreign lands, and that they all are terms created by Whites and given to Afrimericans.

The research revealed Afrimericans did not have, and have never had an ethnative term of description and definition of original etymology that denoted their United States birth (nativity) in its definition until the creation of the Afrimerican word and definition.

The Afrimerican Word and Definition was created to serve as a term of ethnative description that is an academically and legally accurate nomenclature for persons that have never had such in the history of the United States.

   Afrimerican Word and Definition History includes;

Afrimerican is the first term created by a member of the race to definitvely define & describe Afrimericans.

Afrimerican has an academic definition, and a legal definition that are commensurate to each other, and not included in restrictive United States laws that dilute Afrimerican Appropriation rights.

The United States Census Bureau officially added the Afrimerican Word and Definition to the U.S. Census Racial Classification List November 9, 2005, which establishes Official recognition and acceptance by the United States government of the Afrimerican Word and Definition being as claimed.

Senior Editors of the Oxford English Dictionary, the most complete authorative, and most respected   dictionary in the world informed Afrimerican administrators that the Afrimerican Word and Definition is being researched by Oxford English Dictionary Editors for inclusion in the next Comprehensive Oxford English Dictionary.

There are other terms that have come about since the creation of the Afrimerican word and definition in an intentional effort to dilute, divert and confuse the public about the original, factual, legal, and historical validity of the Afrimerican word and definition.

The two terms being used are Afriamerican and Aframerican.

Both of these terms have origins in being used for, and by person born on any of the Carribean Islands.

These term are currently being used solely to mislead the public, in light of the rising questionability of the term African-American.

They have no legitmate legal or academically recognized etymology, nor are they defined in any manner that can be found in any reference source that show applicability to persons born in the United States.

There are other terms that have been used on and by Afrimericans that have become accepted, but these terms were created by, and given to the race by Whites and legally define persons born in Africa.
